Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ClipShrink’s browser-based media, transcription, and translation tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy & Cookies Policy explains data handling, and the Credits & Refunds Policy explains purchases. If you cannot accept these terms, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to accept these terms and have any permissions needed to use the service. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You retain your rights in the source content you submit. You give ClipShrink permission to process, temporarily store, transfer to the necessary service providers, and return that content only as needed to provide the selected workflow and related support. These terms do not transfer ownership of your source files to ClipShrink.

You are responsible for copyright, privacy, consent, and any other permissions needed to upload, transcribe, translate, edit, or share the content and its outputs. Do not submit private recordings or other people’s material without the required authorization. Keep an independent copy of your original files; ClipShrink is not a backup or permanent storage service.

Do not use ClipShrink for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or exploitative activity. Pornographic or sexually explicit NSFW content is prohibited, as are child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material and sexual deepfakes, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, scams, and attempts to evade service safeguards. These restrictions apply to source files, instructions, transcripts, translations, and your use or distribution of outputs.

Cloud AI workflows require an explicit content-and-rights confirmation before uploading or starting a new task. This confirmation is not an automated NSFW certification. ClipShrink does not claim to automatically identify every prohibited file; we may restrict processing or account access after an abuse report or other evidence of a violation. AI transcription, OCR, and translation can omit text, misidentify names or numbers, change meaning, or produce inaccurate wording. Review outputs against the source before sharing or relying on them. They are not certified translations, verified quotations, or professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Compression and editing can change image quality, sound, timing, or file features. PDF compression can flatten text and interactive features; translated PDFs are reflowed text, not a reproduction of the original page layout. Check the saved file, not only the preview. Compatibility and processing success depend on your source, browser, device, selected settings, and the tool’s current limits.

A credit purchase adds processing credits; it does not increase published file-size limits or promise priority, unlimited processing, uninterrupted availability, or a particular output quality. Limits, supported formats, and any credit charge are shown in the relevant workflow. Local tools and cloud AI tools have different data handling, as explained in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.

New accounts receive 10 free credits once at registration. There is no monthly free-credit renewal. Existing account balances are preserved. Purchased credits are separate from free credits, have no scheduled expiry, and are consumed after available free credits.

The Starter pack costs US$9 for 750 credits and the Creator pack costs US$19 for 2,000 credits. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; there is no automatic renewal. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown by Creem before payment. Checkout remains unavailable until payment configuration and verification are complete.

When enabled, Creem processes the payment as merchant of record under the buyer terms shown in its checkout. ClipShrink delivers the credits after verified payment confirmation and provides product support. A checkout return URL is not proof of payment. Report a paid order that has not delivered credits to support rather than repeatedly purchasing another pack.

Credits are service-use units, not money, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except through an eligible purchase refund or a remedy required by law. See the Credits & Refunds Policy for usage calculations, failed-task restoration, and refund eligibility.

An entirely unused purchased credit pack is eligible for a refund request within seven days of payment. Credits restored after a failed task do not count as used for this rule. Email jinjing3333@gmail.com with the account email and order or receipt identifier. Approved refunds are handled through Creem and the corresponding purchased credits are removed from the account.

This voluntary seven-day policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or other remedies under applicable law. Contact support for duplicate charges, missing credits, disputed orders, or service failures even if the ordinary unused-pack rule does not fit your situation. Never send full payment-card details or passwords by email.

The service can be interrupted by maintenance, capacity limits, browser or device constraints, provider outages, or security measures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every submitted file can be processed. Preserve your originals and download time-limited results promptly.

We may pause a task, limit requests, or restrict an account where needed to address abuse, security risks, non-payment, or violations of these terms. This does not automatically erase your rights in an eligible purchase. Contact support to discuss a restriction, recover relevant account information, or request any remedy available to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. These terms do not override Creem’s applicable buyer terms for the payment transaction.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. A published change does not retroactively change the number of credits in an already completed purchase or impose an expiry on existing purchased credits. Read the terms and purchase details shown before making a new purchase.
