One-time credit packs, not subscriptions
ClipShrink sells processing credits through one-time packs when checkout is enabled. There is no recurring subscription, automatic renewal, or cancellation needed to stop future billing. Despite this page’s existing subscription-policies address, the rules below apply to one-time credit purchases.
Starter: US$9 for 750 credits. Creator: US$19 for 2,000 credits. Prices are in US dollars before applicable tax; Creem shows the tax and final payable total before payment. A pack adds credits only and does not change a tool’s current file-size limits or provide an unlisted entitlement.
Prices and these terms are published so you can review the offer. Purchases remain unavailable until the payment setup and verification are complete. Do not treat a disabled purchase button or a test checkout as a completed purchase.
Free and purchased credits
A new account receives 10 free credits once at registration. Free credits do not renew every month. Existing users keep their current balances. Free credits are tracked separately from purchased credits and are used first.
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry and do not need to be used in the month of purchase. They remain associated with the purchasing account and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for money outside the refund policy or applicable legal rights.
Purchasing a pack does not bypass content restrictions, human verification, daily allowances for free document and image translation, supported formats, or the limits displayed by a tool.
How usage is calculated
Video compression uses one credit per started 100 MiB of source data (104,857,600 bytes), with a minimum of one credit per task. Transcription and video translation use one credit per started minute of source duration, also with a minimum of one credit. For example, a 61-second recording uses two credits. The workflow shows the estimated charge before processing starts.
The local video cutter, cropper, audio cutter, video-to-audio converter, image compressor, and PDF compressor do not consume account credits. Document and image translation currently use a separate free daily allowance, not purchased credits. Check the current tool page for its limits before starting.
Credits are reserved when a charged task starts. A supported cancellation or processing failure restores that task’s reserved credits to their original free or purchased allocation. Credits attached to a purchase that has already been refunded or disputed cannot be restored as a new spendable balance.
Payment and delivery
Creem is the merchant of record for enabled paid checkout and handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, and the payment receipt or invoice. Review the pack, currency, final total, and Creem’s buyer terms before confirming payment. ClipShrink is responsible for delivering the purchased credits and supporting the product.
Credits are added after the server verifies Creem’s payment confirmation. Returning to ClipShrink, refreshing the page, or visiting a success URL does not by itself grant credits. Delivery can be delayed while confirmation is pending; the payment status page should be used to check the order.
If you have been charged but the order remains pending or the balance is wrong, email support with the account email and receipt or order identifier. Do not complete a second purchase solely to resolve a pending first one.
Seven-day unused-pack refunds
You may request a refund for an entirely unused purchased credit pack within seven days of payment. The full pack must remain unused when eligibility is checked. A failed task whose reserved credits have been restored does not count as use; successfully consumed credits do.
Send the request to jinjing3333@gmail.com with your ClipShrink account email and the Creem receipt or order identifier. Do not include payment-card details or a password. Support checks the purchase and credit-use records, then processes an approved refund through the Creem dashboard. Refund timing depends on Creem and the payment method; we do not promise an instant bank settlement.
Once a refund is confirmed, the corresponding pack is reversed and its credits are removed from your spendable balance. A request or a pending refund is not the same as a completed refund. If credits are spent while a request is under review, the ordinary entirely-unused-pack eligibility can change.
Used packs are not eligible under this voluntary unused-pack policy. This does not limit your statutory rights, a remedy for non-delivery or a service defect, or other rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Contact support about duplicate charges or other purchase problems even if they fall outside the ordinary seven-day rule.
Disputes and purchase records
A refunded, reversed, or disputed purchase may have its credited amount removed or made unavailable to prevent the same purchase from being spent twice. We retain the related order and credit entries needed to reconcile the event and respond to support or payment-provider requests. Contact support if you believe the account record is incorrect.
A credit pack does not guarantee that the service will remain available forever. If you need to close an account or the service cannot deliver the purchased use, contact support to review remaining purchased credits and any remedy required by law. Closing an account is not an automatic refund request.
Changes and support
New offers may have different prices or credit amounts. The pack details confirmed for an existing completed purchase remain the basis for that purchase; a future pricing change does not reduce its original credit grant or create an expiry date.
