Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to files, links, recordings, text, images, and other content you process with ClipShrink, as well as your use of any generated or exported output. Do not use ClipShrink for any prohibited purpose described below.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit, process, translate, transcribe, and use the content. This includes copyright, privacy, consent, and any other rights that apply. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them.

Pornography, sexually explicit content, and other sexual NSFW material are prohibited. This restriction applies to real, fictional, illustrated, altered, and AI-generated material. Do not upload, translate, transcribe, transform, or use outputs to create or distribute this material.

Any content that sexually exploits or sexualizes a person under 18, or depicts sexual activity involving a person under 18, is prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material and synthetic, fictional, or altered representations. Grooming, trafficking, and any other exploitation of children are also prohibited.

Do not submit or use the service to produce or distribute intimate images, recordings, or sexual material without the consent of the people depicted. Sexual deepfakes, covert intimate recordings, image-based abuse, and threats to disclose intimate material are prohibited.

Do not use ClipShrink for unlawful activity, trafficking, exploitation, credible threats, incitement to violence, hate, targeted harassment, stalking, or abuse. Do not expose private information or process content in ways that violate another person's privacy or safety.

Fraud, impersonation, scams, deceptive manipulation, and content intended to steal money, credentials, or other private information are prohibited. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property or other rights.

Before a new cloud AI upload or processing request, you must confirm that the content and intended use comply with this policy and that you have the necessary rights. A confirmation does not make prohibited content permissible.

These submission checks record your confirmation; they do not certify that a file is safe or automatically detect every policy violation. ClipShrink does not promise universal content classification or detection. We may refuse or stop processing or restrict service access when misuse is identified.

Generated, translated, transcribed, or exported outputs must not be used for any purpose prohibited by this policy, even if the original input was otherwise permitted.
